IT service environments are often dynamic, with new technologies and projects being delivered to meet growing business demands. ANSecurity offer support and bespoke training to help our customers ensure that they are able to deliver services to the business.

WHEN DO I NEED SUPPORT & TRAINING?

We often follow up with on-site training following an installation by ANSecurity consultants, this is normally between a few weeks and a few months. Once the team members have become more familiar with the product, they’re likely to have outstanding questions. However, we’re always there for post installation support remotely or on-site.

WHY DO I NEED SUPPORT & TRAINING?

Many modern technologies and products offer a huge suite of features and functionality, we can help show you how to make the best of your investment.

Perhaps a member of the team that previously looked after a solution has now left, and there aren’t enough hours in the day to ensure that the solution is working as it should do and is updated or patched appropriately.

HOW WILL IT WORK?

Our training options are tailored to your strategy, and some of our clients require official product training, delivered by official training staff. ANSecurity can provide official training schedules at a formal course, either at a training centre or at your location.

Deployment scenarios aren’t always straight from the cookie-cutter, and this is quite often the case with multiple vendor solutions. ANSecurity understand this, so also offer bespoke solution training, where our consultants help you to make the best use of the technology you already have, using your own systems as a basis for the training, giving you the full tour of the features and functionality at your disposal.
